Minds and hearts matter is more than a saying, it’s our lived mission and why St. Matthew School is an exceptional place for children, Pre-K3 through Grade 8, to learn and grow. Minds and hearts matter…

…in our classrooms, where strong values, hard work, and commitment help children grow into successful students.
…on our basketball court, where for generations, athletes have represented us as bulldogs with talent and sportsmanship
…at community events, where our students are well known as respectful and compassionate members of our city

As part of our school family, an alumnus, parent, grandparent, volunteer, parishioner, community partner, or friend, your generosity, in prayer and financial support, allows our school to thrive. Since 1961, St. Matthew School has provided a quality, Catholic education rooted in faith and inspired by the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

Did you know tuition covers only about half of our operating expenses? The average tuition is about $5,800/year or $33/day, and we intentionally remain the lowest tuition Catholic school in the area. Our annual fund helps go beyond daily expenses to enhance programming for our growing student body. Last year’s response was most generous, and this year we hope to raise $15,000 to continue this vital work.

As the Gospel of Matthew reminds us,
